Overall, this hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio and is a great option for families visiting the Orlando theme parks. The hotel is clean, the facilities are well maintained, and the pool is very nice. We also enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in total silence with a beautiful view of the lake. The only area that could use some updating is the carpeting, which is beginning to show its age. Although we didn't use it, having a full kitchen in the room is a major advantage for families who want to prepare meals and save money during their vacation. The hotel is also very close to Universal Orlando, making it a convenient location for park visits. Another big plus is the free parking and the fact that there are no resort fees, which is becoming increasingly rare in the area. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The surrounding neighborhood feels somewhat unsafe at night, and the parking lot is often crowded because it is shared with arcade visitors, making it difficult to find a parking space at times. We stayed for three nights, and not having any housekeeping service during our entire stay felt excessive. Even a light cleaning or fresh towels would have made a noticeable difference. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It is, without a doubt, the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. The selection and quality were extremely limited. I would gladly pay an additional fee for a decent breakfast if that were an option. Despite these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the clean accommodations, quiet atmosphere, comfortable room, beautiful lake view, convenient location near Universal, and the value offered by the free parking, lack of resort fees, and in-room kitchen. With improvements to the breakfast, housekeeping schedule, parking management, and updated carpets, this hotel would be an even better choice.

Ms. Lisbet, who does the check-in, is very rude; the breakfast is very bad, and the carpet in the room is very dirty. The only good thing is the jacuzzi.
