Springhill Suites Marriott Village

2nd stay in as many months, having previously stayed at this resort for 21 nights we rebooked for 14 nights to return for another Disney Trip. As AP holders at WDW we travel to Orlando ALOT from the UK and have stayed onsite and offsite. The Springhill Suites by Marriott LBV is in a great location and has everything required for a great family base for the Disney Parks. Free Breakfast Lots of parking availability *$25 a day to park Comfortable rooms In room Kitchenette area Nice pools Shop etc. House keeping is hit and miss, sometimes not completed until late in the day (we were actually missed a couple of days) but staff are friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle however we hired a car so was unused. We will likely return again.

May 5 2026 09:00 You cannot ride shuttle back. Driver was rude . I couldn’t hear what he said and realized after I got off shuttle I was in the wrong park. He made such a rude response to someone who asked a question I was afraid to ask. Fortunately the Disney crew was helpful. As a solo female I was quite intimidated.i was reassured that it was a “firefighter “ company who claimed to care about customers. This was a sham. there was no way to reserve a ride back. Better off at a Disney resort

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. • Exceptional Service: I want to give a special shout-out to Chris at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. His great attitude really made a difference in our stay! • Spacious Accommodations: The rooms were super large and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped, which is exactly what we needed. • Overall Comfort: The entire hotel felt cozy and well-maintained. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the Lake Buena Vista area. I would definitely stay here again!
