Terra Verde

We’ve stayed in this community three times before and always considered it the perfect place for a family vacation. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete nightmare. For two nights straight, we were kept awake by a rental across the street that turned into a full-blown party house. Loud music, shouting, and screaming, drinking and drug taking went on until around 6 a.m. both nights. There were roughly 25 people partying and about 10 cars lining the street. It was impossible to sleep — our children were crying because of the constant noise. We contacted the front desk both nights and were told there was nothing they could do. We called security multiple times, and they told us to contact the sheriff. The sheriff did show up several times, but the moment they left, the party started back up again. What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of control or accountability from the property management. Allowing this kind of behavior in what’s advertised as a family-friendly community is unacceptable. We are leaving today and will not be returning, and I strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice — you could easily end up next to an all-night party with no help from management.

Terra Verde Resort was everything we hoped for and more. The villa was spotless, spacious, and the private courtyard quickly became our favorite spot—perfect for a little morning yoga, lazy afternoons in the sun, or lingering over dinner under the Florida sky. It felt secluded and indulgent, like having our own retreat within the resort. The pool, tiki bar, and hot tubs gave the whole place a tropical vibe, and with the gym and even a small movie theater, we never ran out of things to do. The atmosphere was relaxed yet inviting, with just the right balance of privacy and openness that made our getaway feel special. We’ll definitely be back.

Simply irretrievable. We stayed at 172 Pompano Beach Drive in a two-storey TownHouse with 3 bedrooms on top, being one of them suite, all with TV. At the bottom the living room with TV, wifi, internet and overlooking the lake, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a toilet. The central air conditioning keeps the house always air-conditioned at the temperature you set. It was the best choice I could have made!
