Stayed fan palm way (2800 ) First impressions were very positive , However we soon became aware concerned and unhappy with, Waste disposal leaking under the sink leaving a bad smell . The state of the pool surrounding area was very unkempt and we believe the pool had not been cleaned for some time as the filter had disintegrated into the pool , the umbrella was dirty and mouldy. The shower trap in the main bedroom was disgusting and probably never been cleaned . We were shocked by the filth on the patio door runner . The pool table was ok but couldn’t be used as the cues had no tips . Only good thing to say about this house was the location .

The condominium is great, in the social area has gym, playroom, large pool with different depths internally, jacuzzi, surrounded splash pad for children, parquinho, tennis court and plenty of outdoor space. It is quite quiet, quiet, well cared for and extremely well located. Very close to Disney (5 miles) and to well-known markets and shops. There are separate houses and apartments in blocks of buildings with 2 floors. I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (queen suite, double room, room with 2 single beds), living room with integrated kitchen, balcony, washing machine/drying machine and complete kitchen. I think the apartments are standardized. I liked this condominium more than the famous storey lake and charming resort.

Our stay in Kissimmee was exceptional! The property management team ARC Vacation was professional, attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Thanks to their care, we had a stress free, wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place
