Another family vacation in the books. Check in was great, no pressure to attend a presentation, they asked I declined, she wrote down her number, I didn't call and they didnt call me either. I am on the do not call list which she knew because she told me about it to confirm. We were on the 2nd floor, view of parking lot again. This hall was very noisy, kids running down the hall, babies crying etc. We were in Tower 3, so you have to walk to a pool, the nearest is the kiddie pool. Room was very clean but the master bathroom was not. There was lots of long hair in shower, this makes me want to vomit. I cant stand that, it was stuck on screws on the shower door, in the crevices, etc just grossing me out. I always clean completely before we use anything but this was terrible. Other than that everything was good. People were smoking outside when we sat on the balcony that we had to go inside, both cigarettes and Marijuana. Parking was never an issue and we came back late a few nights. I would love to see the units get upgraded to stainless steel appliances and just a complete makeover.

After a 6+ hour drive, we pulled into the resort and checked in, planning to get gas before heading to Walmart. My mom's car indicated we still had 46 miles to empty, but when we tried to leave, it wouldn't start because it had actually run out of gas. I approached Tim for help, expecting he might simply direct me to the nearest gas station or suggest I call an Uber. Instead, he immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to help. Tim arranged for me to be driven to the Team Center, where Jeffrey stepped in. He coordinated with the team, drove me back to my mom's car and stayed with us until additional help arrived. Shortly afterward, Barbara and Francisco arrived with a gas can and gave us enough fuel to get back to the Team Center, where they generously provided even more gas. What could have been a stressful and frustrating start to our vacation turned into one of the best examples of genuine hospitality I've experienced. Every person we encountered treated us with kindness, patience and a sincere desire to help. At no point did we feel like we were inconveniencing anyone. Instead, they made us feel like valued guests. Your team went far beyond what I would have expected, and their willingness to help a complete stranger speaks volumes about the culture at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Their compassion and exceptional service turned a potentially awful situation into a positive memory. I truly can't say enough good things about this team. They are a tremendous asset to the resort, and because of them, our vacation got off to a wonderful start. This is our first time back to one of our favorite resorts since 2017, and the warmth, kindness and genuine care shown by Tim, Jeffrey, Barbara and Francisco reminded us exactly why this resort has always held such a special place in our hearts. Their exceptional service turned an unexpected setback into a wonderful first day of vacation, and we are so grateful for each of them. A million thanks!

The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and professional, with plenty of on-site amenities that make it a very pleasant staycation-style destination. We attended an initial sales presentation prior to our stay in order to receive what was presented to us as a “free gift” of an up to 7-day, 6-night stay along with an additional 3-day, 2-night stay, and at the time we were told that attending a single presentation was the requirement to receive this “free gift.” After booking and during our stay a few days ago, we were contacted by phone by a sales representative and invited to attend a second presentation; when my husband initially declined, he was offered additional incentives including another 7-day, 6-night stay, an additional 3-day, 2-night stay, and a $125 American Express gift card, and we were told this second presentation would last approximately one hour. In both cases, the actual time commitment was significantly longer than stated, with the first presentation lasting approximately 4.5 hours instead of two, and the second lasting around three hours instead of one, despite repeated requests to leave due to prior commitments and checkout timing. During both presentations, there was frequent emphasis on the cost of the “free gift” with repeated reminders that they were spending $500 per night just to have you staying there, and that guests at some point people should stop attending the presentations "just for the gifts" as they aren't in the business of losing money, which created a high-pressure environment that did not match the expectation of a no-obligation, no pressure, time-limited session. Keep in mind, this was our FIRST time staying in this place. There were also communication issues between departments; both sales staff and front desk personnel confirmed that our checkout had been extended and that our belongings would remain untouched while we attended the presentation, however upon returning to our room we found that housekeeping had entered and discarded refrigerated food we had specifically confirmed would remain in the room, and we were later provided a $50 American Express gift card as compensation, and while the resort itself is excellent, the miscommunication and inconsistency between their staff must improve. I hope Wyndham will review these practices, improve communication between departments, and ensure that future guests receive accurate information and a professional, respectful experience that reflects positively on your company.
