The Cove On Ormond Beach by Diamond Resorts

Overall, the place was great. They were doing construction on the pool in the north Tower. We stayed in the South Tower and you have to go back through the North Tower to access the beach. The only real complaint with the room was the bathroom. There were no shower bars to hold onto, and the tub is fairly deep yet narrow so it was a little precarious getting in and out for those of us with mobility issues.The vanity is very small and weirdly, the plug is in the other side of the toilet from the sink.

The new management is horrible. They are about minimizing guest requests and maximizing profits. They lie about having full inventory when they dont.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay at Hilton Vacation Club The Cove on Ormond Beach was extremely disappointing. There was an overwhelming chemical/fragrance odor throughout the hotel lobby and common areas that made being inside very unpleasant. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and overall the stay did not meet the standard we expected from a Hilton property. To make matters worse, we were charged twice for the room. When I called to have the issue addressed, the customer service experience was frustrating and the attitude I received was disappointing rather than helpful. I also never received the Hilton Honors points for the stay. Between the uncomfortable accommodations, strong chemical smell, billing problem, poor handling of the issue, and missing Hilton Honors points, this was not the experience I expect from Hilton. I would not recommend this property based on our stay.
