The hotel was clean and there is plenty of hot water. However, if you are traveling for business or on vacation, this hotel is not geared for you. THe people staying there are very nice, but they are almost all construction workers or laborers. As such they hotel caters to their needs. For instance the hotel advertises a grab and go breakfast, but they are gone by 7:15 as the workers have taken them and left. Our room was clean and comfortable but showed noticeable wear. The kitchen had a missing cabinet door, a drawer with the face coming loose, and visible gouges on shelves and drawers. We noticed a hole in the wall near the window that appeared to be caused by someone punching the wall on a previous visit. the pool was poorly maintained during our stay. It appeared to have been skimmed only once while we were there - which was on a weekend since the workers aren't using it during the week, and significant amounts of debris were in the water on all but one day, making it uninviting to use. Security of the outside doors was rather lax, with several doors being propped open at all time. One day we received a knock on our door with someone looking for a previous guest. ESA properties can be a good option for long stays, but this one is not geared for vacationers or anyone not on a laborer schedule.

My experience started out with Sarah Abed the General Manager when I first called the hotel what great customer service I was given the moment she answered the phone I was very pleased with the service I received and my room was very phenomenal I want to thank Sarah for going above and beyond with her service I will definitely keep coming back here!!!! The room was very clean and spacious also when they say free breakfast it’s not really breakfast just a cup of coffee and oatmeal packets.

First time we stayed at this hotel chain for a quick stay since we were going to a wedding…and last time, too. The lady at the front desk provided good customer service during check-in. Our room was on the second floor and the hallway as well as our room had a bad odor. We didn’t need a kitchenette but it was part of our room, however, appliances are very old and the bottom cabinet door was out of place. The fire alarm on the ceiling had a tiny light flashing throughout the night. To shut the bathroom door we needed it to slammed it, and push hard to close it. Also my husband had a quick hot shower and I had a cold shower. I let the water run and run but I never got warm water. They advertise breakfast included but it should say snack included but certainly not breakfast. Their breakfast was just fruit bar and muffins, coffee and tea.
