Inn of America - Palm Beach Gardens

So we came to inn of Ameria Dec 12/25 our first room no problems after a while had to change room 2nd room no problem then we had to change to a 2 bed room as they where booked with king size bed no problem until we got in the room first night killed probably 10 roaches the next day my man had enough laying on bed a roach crawled on his arm like they where everywhere this time we just had to ask for another room this one had tiny glass everywhere asked for a broom that night the next day I had them come with a vacuum anyway the thing that bothered us the most is Julie how she has favoritism as the last day feb 16 we where late by 1.5 my man ended up in jail for trespassing and I ended up in hospital (as I had a massive heart attack last year and now was so stressed out my heart felt like it was outside the rib cage) my man done did all trees for the owner very cheap and for Julie to treat us like some kind of ppl like we where not gonna pay after so long and I always paid by week or day before but last week was ruff but we paid every single day and as of today there are ppl there that has not paid for yesterday nor today and it’s 3 pm are still there and have not even got a knock on the door is crazy to me I don’t know what she got going on over there and I believe the owner don’t know what she really doing over there either because it’s just incredible how miserable ppl I am assuming she is as she also lives there can treat ppl like this because everybody is going thru something just trying to stay afloat and I know we not the only once with sleepless nights trying to get back up after loosing everything due to health issues but it’s ok we came to another place and actually getting treated like humans not being looked down on whit that said God bless everyone and please be safe ( to owner believe you have our phone number would be much appreciated if you can contact us) thank you Rooms3.0Service1.0Location3.0

This place was one of the worst I ever stayed in. There were roaches (yes one actually crawled on me in bed) in the room. The pillows were flat and looked old. The receptionist wasn’t really welcoming and seemed bothered to have to check us in and out. The coffee offed in the morning was terrible too. I will never stay in an Inn of America again. Totally not worth saving a few dollars.

Stay away! It is a dump! Tired and worn out. the room stinks of smoke (said to be non-smoking) and of urine. You can have your mail delivered through the gap in the entry door witch in Muggy Florida means the bed always seems sticky, Loud Road noise from the interstate. Mold all around the bathtub. cheap bedding and moldy fixtures. The chair is cheap with a ripped hole. Never again!
