Marriott Palm Beach Gardens

Most of the staff was friendly and respectful. But as Diamond Member I found it uncomfortable that the front desk girl on Saturday would not even give a late check out and was aggressive about it. Travel all over the world and never encountered a more rude, hostile employee. I didn’t take it personally, but I will never return as a result. I don’t understand why she had such hostility, but it was uncomfortable.

A special shout out to front desk employee Alex who helped me navigate my multiple reservations! She was very professional and accommodating. Her friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and customer service was the best!!!!!

The hotel has a good location, it is a close place if you go to training courses the attentive staff, the facilities are somewhat old but are in good maintenance, so far everything normal recommended, for the group the problem began when from four nights only one day was cleaned the rest of days beds without laying trash without emptying, this generated that the experience is bad and not according to what we expected, really require serious improvements in that subject
