I have stayed here several times in the past. This time we were on the 2nd floor and where our balcony section was for our room the ceiling must have been falling and they had orange poles holding up plywood on the ceiling. There was no where to put our chairs to sit outside and when the room got rented next to us of course they didn't want us sitting our chairs there. The floor in the room was filthy and the room smelled musty. The housekeepers would just ask for your towels and garbage and hand you fresh towels and garbage bags. We were there 5 nights. They never swept our floors and they were already nasty. I ask the maid for a broom and dust pan and she said she would tell the front desk we needed one. Although, she had one on her cart. Never got a broom or dust pan. I finally ask her to borrow hers. Not one thing was cleaned the entire time we were there except I swept the nasty floors that needed to be mopped beforw qe got there and I am sure they haven't been in a very long time. I reported the musty smell and the tub would stand in water when you showered. Front desk said they would tell maintenance. Which they never did. I happeed to see a maintenance man and ask them about my tub and they did come and clean out the drain. Other people there told me about roaches in their tub and nasty rooms with the musty smell. Do not stay there.

It is 100% a beach hotel and nothing more. Do not expect 5 star accommodations. You stay here for the beach, it’s less than 40 ft from your room door. Best stay for the dollar! But be warned it does need some TLC from the maintance team for sure, but you do not stay here for a “5 star” night you stay here to have a place to sleep and a private beach that is not crowded, even in peak season!
