Sterling Resorts-Laketown Wharf

Visited your motel Aug 11 at 3pm to pick some friends up. since we had a mother that is 89 yrs, I parked my car in the fire lane so she could get in (now there no cars in the area and I was in the car in the event I needed to move) the overzealous security guard (male) told me to move my car Now! My mom was within 20 ft of the car, but he wanted the car moved right then so she had to walk further with a cane to get in my vehicle. This guard needs to be fired.

We’ve stayed at Laketown Wharf quite a few times. We have suffered taking several flights of stairs due to the 45+ plus minutes for elevators, but this will be our last trip. The new wristband thing is such an inconvenience. We’ve always been able to get our bands and enjoy the amenities while waiting for our room. Bathrooms are out of service and have been for weeks, some elevators are out of service. This place has really gone down hill in bed the years and it is sad. It’s in such a great location but this new change on top of the other issues will be our last trip to LTW!

Literally the most inconvenient stay i’ve ever had. Parking is awful. Whoever made the parking deck needs to lose whatever license they had to have to build it. The room had 1 trash bag for us and it was in the can. If you don’t want to walk down 9 flights of stairs with your beach wagon full to the brim then you better be prepared to stand and wait for an elevator for 20 minutes (not exaggerating). If you are unable or unwilling to go up or down stairs literally stay ANYWHERE else. Won’t ever be back here. #FULTW
