THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!! The elevator barely worked and kept breaking down. Our room was damaged extensively when we arrived. The pool was very dirty and the hot tub didn't work. The staff was rude. The knly good thing about it was the set up of the room and how close it was to the beach. It also had nice restaurants close by. But overall it was horrible! Do not come here!

We reserved unit 1504 early January this year scheduled to arrive Feb 5 to Feb 22. We paid for trip in full when booking. We were provided contact info and confirmation. We contacted Chase@vacationrentalspcbcom on Feb3 to arrange access as we were packed and planning on travelling feb 4. When speaking with Chase he informed us that the unit we rented was unavailable due to construction and pool was out of order. The unit shouldn’t have been listed as available and oh well we would be provided a refund. He did offer to accommodate us at another unit which was substantially less equipped and offered use of pool at a neighboring property which was also under construction. He stated how inconvenienced he was trying to accommodate us and it wasn’t his obligation. He offered no explanation on why we were not informed prior to our arrival date on the state of the unit, and was not sympathetic to our dilemma we were now facing, nor did he offer any compensation for loss of our planned stay. He also refused to provide any contact info to SunKissedBeachrentalspbc.com who took payment or Floridarentals site we booked thru. Totally unprofessional couldn’t care less attitude. Will not book thru this site again and would recommend avoiding Sun Kissed Beach rentals and Chase@sunkissedbeachrentalspcb.com as he obviously views his self importance as priority over the customer and the contact assistance role I assume he was hired to do. The unit owner also shares responsibility as payment was received weeks prior to our arrival while knowing the unit was not going to be available for our booking. Still waiting for full refund. Thanks for nothing.

Watercrest is a great resort on the quiet end of the beach. I’ve seen a lot of reviews lately and I think other renter whether repeat visitors or not need to understand the units are individually owned and managed by different management companies, so you need to do your research and check out the reviews specific to the unit you're interested in. We have stayed many times at Watercrest in Unit 705 and it has always been a great experience. The unit is spacious and clean, offering more extras than we have experienced with other rentals (including beach chair service, an Xbox and board games, a fully stocked kitchen, and so much more). The beds are awesome and very comfortable, and the balcony is a huge relaxing space the entire family can enjoy. It’s my personal escape within an escape. The management company for this unit is also onsite, so if you do have an issue, it can be easily and quickly addressed (we accidentally left our door code inside the unit, but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes with the office in the lobby). Watercrest 705 feels like our home away from home and we hope to make it back for another visit later this year!
