Resort Quest Celadon Beach Resort

I’m afraid there is not enough space to type all that needs to be said… we stayed in 1107 and it was a HORRIBLE experience. To be blunt , there were several broken items. In fact, we tried to contact Avari, which is the booking agent, to which NO ONE returned our call. Let’s list the items ….. a counter top refrigerator should have been put in the space - due to the size of the fridge, you could not open the oven but 1/4 of the way. Good thing we didn’t need it but this review needs to be read for a family that needs oven access. Next on the list , the drawer on both sides of the oven would not open due to the fact that the oven was too large. The ceiling fan in the living area was not able to be used due to the face that it sounds like a 747 taking off. The curtain looks like an animal has climbed it or ate it. The lamp shades wont even fit the lamps or stay on them. The body wash and shampoo and conditioner that supposedly was complimentary, was empty. Very limited pots and pans and also silverware. They looked to be from 1977. The couch and the loveseat were covered in stains. The bedroom had no mattress cover on it and revealed several nasty stains. No hangers for clothing, no dresser, but heh two ironing boards and plenty of paint buckets ! The closet where the broom stays is covered in drywall pieces and particles all over the floor. The fridge filter for ice and water needed a new one. The tables were all damaged and looked Ike something from a rummage sale. The legs on them barely kept them up. The vent is hanging off in the closet. Beds are squeaky and need new mattresses. The drain in the master bath has no stopper so whatever u do don’t drop anything or it’s gone. Overall this unit is complete trash and has never been kept up. Please do not book a stay at 1107 celadon resort or you will have a horrible stay for your vacation !!! Repeat ——— don’t do it

Quiet building yet still close to amenities. The pool on the beach is usually very windy and cold so we preferred the pool across the street by the parking garage. Not the best views but the wind is blocked by the buildings at least. It is away from all of the partying snd a good choice for families or vacationers who prefer a little more low key scene.

Clean comfortable accommodation People are friendly and there are many different places to eat. The beach is beautiful!
