Wyndham Panama City Beach

Booked a stay here for one week. First night here, they turned the water off overnight to fix an issue affecting 15 rooms of the over 400 rooms. 3rd day here they turned the water off at 10am and as of this review at 9pm, the water is still not on. Now, we are at the beach so that means no showers to clean off. Toilets can’t be flushed except for jugs of water provided by Wyndham. When asked for a ETA for the water to be turned back on we get no timeframe. Poor management decisions and lack of customer service is why I will NEVER stay here again and will tell others to never stay here as well.

Friendly staff, well appointed room, ocean view. The hotel has a few maintenance issues, such as an elevator out our entire stay, the beachside pool heater not working, a rail in an elevator fell off while we were in it. It is a nice resort though and we had a lovely stay. Our room had a king sized bed and bunk beds, kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony.

My bf and I stayed at thus location for a week, We couldn't have been more pleased with the destination sitting rt on the beach and with how nice the staff is! The building is spotless clean. Smells wonderful and the beds are wow! Not to mention the view! If you can afford one of the presidential reserve rooms its worth it!!! Hot tub and pool are clean and big. Places to eat inside the resort but also within walking distance there are several! The gift shop is pretty big and not over priced at all! Bring your own chairs to the beach though! The ones set up are 50.00 a day. The ocean water literally looks like two colors of blue and green! Gorgeous white sand! It feels like your your private beach in May! You won't be disappointed!
