Ramada Pensacola

The room wasn't what I reserved. I was told the roo. I wanted was 30.00 more the room I had had Mold. I ask for a refund and was told no because I had been in the room for an hour. The rude and uncaring front desk and management/owner were of no help. Don't stay here.

Breakfast was horrible the rooms smelled and the police were in the parking lot 2 time for fighting the front desk or online doesn’t mention a deposit an they don’t want to give u a receipt for the deposit it was a horrible experience stay away!

The place was decently clean, but we had a terrible experience with the check in staff! The guy refused to give me a receipt when I paid cash and was acting very weird. My husband went back in to demand a receipt and the guy argued with him also! Found out the next morning that the hotel banned US from renting there again!! What?!?! How about evaluate your employee's customer service skills AND have a Manager talk to the guest before doing some extreme step like that?? Ridiculous!
