ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio

Stayed 4 nights July 2026 and had stayed there in the past but this is the last time. Rented through Luxury Coastal Vacations and stayed on 14th floor. Checked in and unit was unlocked because maintenance was chasing a leak in the building. Wood Floor in the unit had buckled due to water and a water line was obvious along the kitchen bar. They put a LOUD fan on it and left. Five minutes later an appliance maintenance man knocks to inspect why the refrigerator was frosting over. He stayed thirty minutes doodling with the thing and decided the doors were bot shutting properly. Two days later maintenance comes back and tells us they are still chasing leak and need to cut a hole in the wall of our unit. We told them we were not inhaling mold spores and would leave if they started cutting into the wall and they could refund us a days stay. Quickly; that offer was off the table and maintenance left. All the while the loud fan is still running and we are tripping over buckled flooring and filthy flooring at that! The elevators were slow and one was not working at the 4:00 pm check in when 5 families arrive at the same time. The condo is a bad design for that many checking in at once. Rental companies should stagger check in times. We wont be staying there again.

My wife and I rented unit # 1803 from 6/14-6/19 2026. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The views were fantastic. Check in from Luxury Coastal Vacations was easy and flawless. Cannot go wrong with this company. We had beach chairs rented from Excel Beach Service on Monday and Thursday and they were just incredible. Of course we didn't expect Tropical Storm Arthur to appear but it didn't keep us from having a good time. Definitely will be back to Palacio. Great property and beach.

My wife and I booked room 802 at Palacio Condos in Perdido Key from July 28-31. The check in was easy and flawless. The condo was clean and spacious. Lots of light and views of the ocean. Roomy balcony was great for watching sunsets and listening to the waves. We only had one problem. I was getting ready to make coffee and found mold in the water reservoir. I cleaned it and ran several cycles of clean water through it and then it was fine. The condo was very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. There were a lot of kids but really never heard anything. We are used to staying at an all inclusive adults only resort but this place was really quiet at night. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend staying here.
