ResortQuest Rentals at Windemere Condominiums

Where do I begin. After promising two parking passes, we never got to park in any of the lots. We did, however get to park across the street and walk across two super busy lanes of traffic, most times carrying groceries or sleeping children. Nobody was checking the parking passes we had on our dash because I witnessed many cars nightly in our preferred lots without any pass on the dash. Which is why we never got the spots we payed for. As far as clean, I give it a 2 out of 10. There was some type of food splashed and dried up on the bedroom wall { at least I hope it was food} . Upon arrival 3 light fixtures were down to 1 or zero bulbs, you could see maybe 20 bugs inside each. The carpet had sand. The worst of all was the tiny water heater. With a 2 bedroom unit, when you come in from the beach with 3 adults and 2 children, we quickly learned to lose several prime hours of beach time in order to all get bathed for dinner. 1 bath {half full tub} ran the entire tank out. I chose this unit for its nice size master soaking tub, but a less than half full, barely warm bath is all I could ever get. Front desk was always dark with nobody on site { why even have one}! I go to this area 3 -5 times a year, this was absolutely the worst experience ever. DO NOT RECCOMEND! My room was 1006

We stayed in #404 ... absolutely perfect for us. The condo was very clean with a great view. Once we were settled we never left so we cannot comment on any of the surrounding area. The beach was very quiet during our visit, and shell collecting was great! We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Great location. Our room seemed really clean and nicely furnished. The balcony and view was outstanding. The rate was excellent for us. There are restaurants near by. The condo was supposed to be smoke free but we could smell cigarettes at times when we were on the balcony.
