Sole Inn and Suites

The property is that of a classic motel with ample free parking and rooms on several floors but has been completely renovated. The rooms are large, modern and equipped with all amenities. Also convenient location in the center of Pensacola with clubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Upon arrival, there was NO PARKING. I was told to park on the street, it should not be a problem. Woke up to a ticket on my vehicle. Also woke up to the bathroom flooding from upstairs. Called the front desk twice before anyone showed up to access the situation. Was told there were no other rooms available. So now, I’m waiting for the manager to get here to see where we go from here. This is utterly ridiculous.

Medium-sized room, which is well filled by the king-size bed. The unnecessarily small bathroom (why this half-closet room next to it?) is unacceptable: loose toilet lid, broken tiles, ugly mirror, etc. It urgently needs renovation. Considering the high price of the room, the "breakfast" is forgettable, only packaged sweets, no toast, no butter, no cereal or milk. 2.5 points would be better
