Comfort Suites Hotel At The World Golf Village

Not on a busy touristy road...was nice and quit with a lake (nice bass) and golf nearby. It was clean and very friendly. On the first morning there the boiler was out (july 2nd) once they were aware of the problem it was fixed within 4 hours and breakfast was comped

This was the worst Holiday Inn we have stayed at as platinum members, the sad thing is it had potential to be the best and prettiest. There was no upkeep on the exterior at all. There is mold all over the outside of the building (had a video, but there is no place to post it). The grass was over grown, weeds in all the landscaping, rusted electrical boxes and broken pool cleaning tools. The hot tub was not working properly (not heating), but they were still letting people use it without telling anyone. My husband is a maintenance director and it is sad that they have let this beautiful property fall in to the state it is in!

Not a very clean place! Stains on sheets, nasty dirty floor, hot room, ac not cooling , had to go downstairs and complain to front desk, I thought that IHG had cleaner standards than this! Won’t never stay here again!
