Laterra Condominium

I've been coming for five years, love the place but there are two particular owners here that hate RENTERS. Renters are 85% of the units here. Jane and Mary have continously tried to stop us from coming here, writing to VRBO complaining /lied about renters. They are truly unhappy/miserable people.

After remembering liking this place, decided to give it another try. Was actually great being there again. All the amenities were open this time, so got to enjoy it more. The manager there said usually everything's open. Very nice vacation spot with a lot to the complex and area, as well as nearby the Golf Village. The condo itself was nice, had everything we needed. I recommend #212 in the 945 building, at the end, has a nice forest from the patio. We enjoyed being there

First, the main important thing to know and remember is that this is a condo complex, and to be very mindful to all who live here. It's part of a branch of the world golf village and has its own security. It has nice amenities, including pools, gym, a small park. Golf is not included. Not all amenties will be open all the time however. Don't know if I'd stay again but will say it's overall nice.
