Best for location. Near parking deck and we prefer to stay in historic section. Staff was nice and answered questions about the beach and more. Room was clean. Local coffee shops, restaurants, and souvenir shops all within a 5 minutes walk. The price is at a premium during the busy season but during August -September, I consider it a good value to stay so close for a standard hotel room price. All the activities wind down around 9-10 pm and we didn’t notice any disrupting noise and slept well.

I want to thank this hotel, we had booked thru Expedia , the bed and breakfast we booked thru was closed when we got there, and we were upgraded to this place. Friendly staff.Had a great time great location and views highly recommend

The inn was in a very central location that allowed us to get the trolley outside the inn, walk to almost all the sites on our itinerary, and offered many restaurants we could walk. Given that it was in the 90’s, this location allowed us to maximize our time in St. Augustine. The drop off zone for our luggage made access to the Inn so easy. The staff was super helpful, allowed us early access to our room and helped me with my GPS that wasn’t working properly. Our room was adorable, very clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
