We were extremely disappointed with the accommodations. We stayed at the "Honeymoon Apt" upstairs as we have done several times in the past. The couch was worn, dated, stained and far from the stylish appearance in the photos. The room also lacked the utensils needed as the efficiency it is listed. No tea kettle and sparce plates and cookware. These are simple amenities that would have made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. Although the location is great we will not be staying at the Cozy Inn again

Second time here. Plan to come back next year. Different apartment due to that one is on the list to be remodeled. Want to try one that has been remodeled. Stayed four nights. Never got in the car.

Based on reviews we had seen we reserved two rooms for two nights between Christmas and New Year’s. The first bad impression was at check in where the person was eating at the front desk and then immediately charged us the two nights up front. Next she said there is no breakfast or any type of food. Then when we opened the door to the bridal suite the smell of humidity was very strong. Upon opening a drawer there was a pair of dirty Bermuda shirts and in the fridge there was an open can of an energy drink. In the bathroom the shower curtain had three rings missing, the shower floor was dirty and the toilet seat was loose. When we went to sleep the bed was not made up properly. The other room (No.17) was what you see in the movies of a very cheap road motel. The room is tiny with the a small at TV at 90 degrees from the bed and the bathroom and floor were also dirty. The smell of humidity was also very strong. To top it all off at checkout no one was there and we just left the keys. The supposed “Cozy Inn” does not do honor to it’s name or to St. Augustine.
