The check in was wonderful. McKay is a true gem and gentleman. After that all downhill. Room was nice and large which was a plus however the room was from 1960s. FILTHY floors, tiles missing from the shower and a group on young people in the pool and hot tub at 4 am on Wednesday morning. No security. SCARY!! Room was well stocked. However it resembled a poorly renovated Holiday Inn. Bedroom was very tight with a TV mounted to the wall that I had to be extra careful when walking past it as to not injure myself. If this place wants to earn the Don Cesar name then MAJOR reno is in order. No towels at the pool and I asked for more and was told Ok. Still waiting. Shuttle driver short curly gray hair aired his political views which was TOTALLY unprofessional. You can and should be better. Garbage overflowing by the dumpsters e wide open.
