Ponce De Leon Boutique Hotel

Morgan is the worst!!! All he cared 6is playing video s while working. Did nothing while working. And made feel like talking was a chore

Great location, could use some updating. Room appeared clean. Small room and bathroom, but also it’s an old building so that’s to be expected. If they got the right decorator in here, this hotel would be absolutely adorable. I would keep the green tile in the bathroom, it’s very “Florida”color palette. Lots of potential. Check in was as good as it needed to be. The price is right.

The location is great in downtown St. Peterberg. The staff is unprofessional and unresponsive. The maids start talking and blasting music at 9am when cleaning rooms. The elevator has ac water leaking. There was a cockroach in the room. The bathroom is moldy. The light from the window is so blinding. You have to close the door to get some sleep but it still comes through to from the sides. The faucet leaks. The shower doesn’t get hot. Slightly warm only. I would only recommend to stay here if you don’t care about comfort but want location convenience. The ac unit is so loud it’s like sleeping near a airport hanger.
