We had such a great visit at this very clean hotel. It’s right in the middle of everything….Shopping, restaurants. The pool is wonderful. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. The staff is amazing. There wasn’t one staff member, including the housekeeping staff, that wasn’t friendly and helpful. Alejandro told me when I complimented the hotel…”We try to treat everyone like we would want to be treated.” Great job everyone. I only wish I could remember everyone’s name to thank them properly!!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this hotel handled a genuine family emergency. We have spoke with the hotel manager and asked if our reservation could simply be moved to a later date. We were not asking for a refund or any special treatment only the opportunity to reschedule because of an unexpected family crisis. Despite explaining our situation, the manager showed no compassion, empathy, or willingness to help. The only solution offered was reward points, which did nothing to address our request. It was clear that customer care was not a priority. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know that many hotels are willing to make reasonable accommodations during legitimate family emergencies. This was a simple request that could have been handled with kindness and professionalism, but instead we were met with complete indifference. A hotel’s true character is revealed by how it treats its guests during difficult times. Sadly, this experience showed a complete lack of compassion. I hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future because no guest should be treated this way during a family emergency.

The room was clean and nice enough. Breakfast is NOT included in the $300 room. When we arrived at 5 pm and when we checked out at 10am, housekeeping carts were in the middle of the hallways, several of them. It was $150 experience at best.
