Chateau Elan Hotel and Conference Center

We always enjoy staying at Seven, being a motorsport family we frequently use this hotel. The staff is always extremely attentive, they go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The food at The Apex restaurant is always fresh and abundant in portions. Recent renovations have been noticed. We always look forward to our stay at Seven. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The security guard was the most rude person I have ever spoken with at a hotel. I called to ask about availability and he answered and said “I’m just security, why are you calling” and was extremely disrespectful and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely will not be staying here just because of him.

Very nice clean hotel. Beds comfortable. Staff was very nice. We went to the bar after and service was very good. Would return
