In the last night, the situation worsened to the point of forcing us to stay awake to manage and document it with photos and videos. The problem was reported immediately. At first the property gave written feedback and implied possible compensation, but later stopped responding completely, both to us and through Booking.com. A very negative experience, not only for the conditions of the room but especially for the overall management of the situation. We would have expected more continuity and attention in communication. 🇬🇧 During our stay we encountered serious hygiene issues, with multiple cockroaches in the room, including in the bed and in our luggage. On the last night the situation worsened to the point that we had to stay awake to deal with it. The issue was reported immediately. Initially, the property responded in writing and indicated that a form of compensation could be considered, but afterwards they stopped responding completely, both to us and through Booking.com. A very negative experience, not only because of the room conditions but especially due to the overall handling of the situation. We would have expected more consistency and responsibility in the communication. 🇪🇸 Durante nuestra estancia encontramos graves problemas de hgie, con varias cucarachas en la habitación, inclusive en la cama y en el equipaje. En un primer momento el alojamiento respondió por escrito y dejó entrever una posible compensación, pero posteriorly dejó de contestar completely, tanto a nosotros como a través de Booking.com. An experiencia muy negativi, no solo por las condiciones de la habitación sino sobre todo por la gestión general de la situación. Esperábamos mayor continudad y responsabilidad en la comunicación.

Horrible experience. The whole room was dirty , the towels and sheets stained, the shower tray (pictured) broken and filthy, the hole was hidden by a filthy anti-slip carpet. Not to mention the air conditioning which was deafening and did not even refresh. We had booked for 2 nights through Airbnb and fortunately. We immediately contacted Airbnb support as soon as we noticed the condition of the hotel room. Unfortunately, given the lateness of the hour, it was impossible for us to leave the same evening. We were able to cancel the second night and be refunded by Airbnb. This allowed us to stay in a fabulous hotel two blocks behind, with covered parking with valet parking, and rooftop pool. Don't be fooled by the location or the positive reviews, there are much better hotels within a 5-minute walk behind Ocean Drive. This hotel is dilapidated and dirty. It's outrageous that they can continue to receive customers. The level of hygiene is deplorable.

This place is a scam on airbnb, I don't recommend it at all. They cheated me out of money. Greedy mean people. Their place also smells and they will take extra money from you
