The James Royal Palm

LOVE the interior design of this place! Rooms, lobby, pool were all gorgeously updated. My new favorite place to stay in South Beach!! My daughter and I loved using their bikes, sitting on beach under their umbrellas, and walking the short walk to Lincoln Ave shopping! The staff were all incredible from check in to breakfast to checking out bikes. Even Christopher, on the phone, was so kind and helpful. Love this place and I stay at Marriotts everywhere! This is top notch

We stayed at this hotel for a week during the New Year's Eve 2024/2025! It was great: a DJ set all day, an amazing atmosphere! The hotel is located next to Ocean Drive and the beach! The rooms have seen better days and need a refresh! Aside from that, everything was very good: the breakfast, the restaurant! The pool is large and the water is slightly cool (I did not test the second one above). The advantage is being able to juggle between the beach and the pool! The staff is very nice and very efficient (there is not really a wait to receive orders at the restaurant). We will return especially since it seems that this one is under renovation!
