What a dump; rude lady on phone and during check in; room and bathroom was filthy and falling apart, electrical outlets not covered, some didn’t work, some weird thing in the ceiling with a hole in the cover, toilet clogged easily and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, bathroom wasn’t clean; sink didn’t drain well and was missing stopper, to top it off the elevator didn’t work and they didn’t tell anyone so you found out after check in and had to carry luggage up the steps, ice machine didn’t work on second floor

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. Before making the reservation we made sure it was a pet friendly place because we were traveling with our cats. After driving approximately 3 hours from Orlando, we arrived around midnight to check in and, to our surprise, they informed us that they did not accept cats. They left us adrift at that time of night, far from home and without any solution. It is very frustrating that the information provided at the time of booking does not match the actual policies of the hotel. Such a situation can completely ruin a weekend planned in advance and generate unnecessary expenses and stress. I hope they clarify their policies so that other guests do not go through the same experience.
