Sandrift Motel

I couldn't even stay in the room. It wasn't even a bed. It was a fold up Bed? I just took a shower in the room and slept in my truck. The bottom of the garbage can had crushed food in it. There was a bug on the back of the door I couldn't describe. The woman that checked me in had a lit cigarette in her hand and she's having me sign paperwork, stating if I smoke in the room, they're gonna charge me $300 for cleaning fees. I go into Room 107 and it smells like cigarette smoke in there. I went back to the office. She gives me the key to 104, and I go in there and the room smells better, but there's a chair in the corner and it's got a huge burn hole in it, the size of a quarter. I took a shower and the shower filled with water. I would never stay there again and I highly do not recommend it. Go to the Holiday Inn express on Malabar road. The rooms are extremely clean and the people are extremely friendly for the same price. The room at the express comes with breakfast, yum.

It’s a nice place to stay with all the updates to the rooms. Been here for over 2 years. Yes there was a pest control issue but it got taken care of. The pest control guy was great. Yes there are rules but that’s anywhere you stay. So if your loud in your room and get complaints and if you smoke in your room you will be told to leave. Juliet the manager is very nice.

This is the place for extended stay. Nice staff, recently renovated room, clean, facilities on site, amenities in room, friendly neighbors, private entrance, good parking situation. Close to stores, sights, things to do.
