HAMPTON INN ALPHARETTA-ROSWELL

It was clean and quiet. Nothing special. Bathroom very small especially shower. Employees nice. Comfortable bed. The only down side was the breakfast. We actually went out because it just wasn’t up to the normal standards we have had at other Hamptons.

Location was great.arrived early no one at front desk. After 30 min saw a housekeeper asked her about check in. Someone came from back. Room not ready. Which was ok. Another couple walked in. There room was ready ., housekeeping staff very friendly. But front desk staff when there was one not so friendly. Next day asked for my water. As Hilton honors gold member never offered

Water pressure in the showers on the 5th floor is very poor and they had only one person in the kitchen for a busy breakfast. They had use waiting for 30 minutes before we gave up and went somewhere else. Front staff was not helpful when I asked them to step in and help the one girl in there.
