Comfort Suites Alpharetta

I was very disappointed with my stay @ Spark by Hilton hotel. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised reliable WI-FI and streaming capabilities, yet these amenities were apparently blocked or unavailable in my room. Despite charging the full room rate and promoting features, I was unable to use services that were specifically advertised. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful when I raised the issue. rather than offering a solution, an explanation or even basic courtesy, my concerns were dismissed. If a hotel advertises amenities like WI-FI and streaming services, they should be available to every guest room or should be informed in advance of any limitations. Paying full price for services that aren't actually provided is unacceptable. Based on my experience I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed and the front desk staff is retrained on professionalism and customer service.

This hotel is conveniently located and has a very friendly staff. It does need some serious work to upgraimproe facility. The cleaning of the room was less than stellar with dust behind furniture and food scraps behind the dresser. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit, eggs, and juice. This did not rise to Choice hotel standards.

The staff called the children and told them they needed to check out . I did not share the pleasant experience with some the other guests concerning customer service . There is one guy whom walks around with a BROOM and stares at you as if you are not welcomed . American ran establishments are better . I would leave this one alone .
