DOUBLETREE SUITES BY HILTON AT

Staff is very nice and professional. The hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. Rooms and dining areas are very dark, gym equipment old and broken, and rooms will not cool below 69 which is very warm at night trying to sleep.

We’re visiting The Battery and Truist Park, and the DoubleTree is in the perfect location—everything is just a short walk away. Silvia gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ve had a wonderful experience so far and will definitely be back on our next visit!

We met some friends to go to a Braves game and stayed here as it was a short walk to Truist Park. Jarvis was very kind and helped us at check in. Although we requested rooms adjacent to each other they had not cleaned both rooms. We were on the 7th floor and they were on the 5th. When we first arrived at our room, it smelled as if a smoker had been there (all rooms are supposed to be non smoking). We were not in the room for very long when we left for the game. It's a nice set up with the bedroom and bath on one side and the living area on the other side. Both sides had a balcony overlooking the atrium. Thew next day we had breakfast before leaving and the two women working were very good and it was great selection of food. We would definitely return the next time we are going to a Braves game. Hopefully they can do a better job of dealing with smoking in the room.
