Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody

Great place to stay . Task force work for almost 4-5 months. The property was safe and clean at all times. Excellent staff.Great location, close to the Perimeter Mall, restaurants , grocery stores and gas stations.

Room was not great, bed was clean and comfortable but stains on the carpet and the light switches were embedded with decades of dirt Television didn't work, all the channels were pixilating, stayed 3 nights, complained to front desk, nothing was done Internet was intermittened Grab & Go Breakfast finished at 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday mornings, way too early, arrived at 8:40am on Saturday morning and asked if they could help at all with any left over packs and was told no take it up with Head Office The coffee in the lobby was good the first 2 days on the last day it was awful On check out asked for a copy of the bill was told "we will send it by email" Said I would like a paper copy and was told "our printer is broken can't print" Of course I didn't receive an email now I have to spend my time chasing it up. The location is good the parking is good, it's a shame the service delivery is just not cutting it

There was no internet. How is it possible in 2023 for a hotel not to have reliable working internet? Especially since their website says it is offered. I was there for 3 days. It was clear from the staff reaction that it is not an exception. The internet provider is so poor that it just doesn't work. Can you imagine that? I will stay at the Holiday Inn the next time. Yes, the staff was nice. Yes, the bed was comfortable. But without working internet, this Hotel is a no-go. PS. Their webpage also says free parking, but its not free. it's $5.00 a day. What a ridiculous management move.
