Michael the Maintenance Man was extremely helpful! Made sure every problem we had was took care of, and extremely personable!!

Came in late at night to find a quiet place to sleep, but found an unhelpful desk clerk, a dirty office, and a parking lot full of weed smoking teens. When I went in to pay, my card declined, so I called the bank thinking there was some sort of fraud prevention block that was put into place, but they said it was fine, so the attendant tried a different machine, but it declined again. Notes in worried something happened on my end, but I have multiple cards, so I will pay with another one and figure this one out later. That one declined as well. My third one declined, then my fourth one declined. My wife’s card also declined, and the stranger behind her well, but he had cash so he got my room. You know what’s funny in all of this? It’s my banks fault, not the hotels machine, even though it declined six cards among three people, two of which are strangers. I ended up going somewhere else, and guess what? My card worked FIRST TIME!

I would first like to say that I have always been extremely pleased anytime I have stayed in one of your hotels. I booked through Booking.com and did the reviews and all seemed fine for a 1 night stay for a baseball tournament at your Carrolton location. The property itself is unkept, lacking any care or attention to detail for a customer looking for quick night at a good price. We then enter the room it smelled awful (very musty), the furniture was broken, the ac made a God awful noise all night, there was 1 towel in the room and when asking the front desk they were reluctant to give me another so I was able to talk her into 2 more. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted out, the tub was disgusting with black marks all over, the toilet was a fixture found in a prison, and the beds were completely uncomfortable. It is obvious the clientele renting these rooms are either living there, or extended stays, there were portable grills right outside our door, hammocks in the trees, a tires in the parking lot. If we had not gotten there so late, I would have been better off sleeping in my car with my wife and 2 small boys. I learned one thing, just because you slap a Wyndham label on the Super 8 at the end of the day it is a Super 8. I would expect if nothing more a clean, kept space, not a musty nasty room with cigarette burns on the AC unit. I was totally disgusted with every aspect of our stay. Please do better!! Billy Kirk
