Our favourite place to stay in Duluth. We love the location and look forward to staying there as its very clean and comfortable.

The cleanest bathroom I have had in quite a while. For a budget friendly hotel the hot tub and pool area were also exceptionally clean! It was a great sleep and a hot breakfast with more variety than I usually expect!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I didn’t realize that I booked through a third party . This hotel is old! Pics look like it’s new on the outside but when you go in different story! We came in on a Sunday after driving 6.5 hours and wanted to check in but the staff at the counter said they didn’t have our room done yet and they were short staffed. So they told us to come back in 45 mins so we did and it still wasn’t ready! We couldn’t get into the room till 6:50. When we got to the room it stunk so bad like mold! The shower was full of mold and so was the tile around the floor. The whole room smelled musty. We couldn’t change rooms either. There was only one suite in there and we had it. After talking to the manager he said there was nothing he could do about any compensation since we didn’t book directly. I think that’s bull because it’s their faulty they were running behind and it’s not clean! Not the third party booking….. kitchen staff wasn’t trained on sanitation. They ran out of butter so you couldn’t butter your toast. Couldn’t get hot water for tea or never had anything but a couple cookies for free that were gone in seconds and not replenished. They changed the garbage and put the garbage lid on the station where all the coffee cups and lids were. Don’t go to this hotel!
