Masters Inn - Savannah Garden City

I feel like a used ping pong ball. On Monday the 10th I went to this location to try to check in and I wasn't even allowed to check in because they ran my card for 20 cents more than what the actual charges were and it's a pending charge and they claim they did not see it in the computer. I had never ever been refused service to a hotel before in my life and here it is a whole week later and I'm being told between my bank and corporate that the charges that are still pending could not be released. I just got off the phone with a second agent at corporate and they told me that the reservation was appropriately canceled in the system and that the hotel needed to give me my money back so here it is 7 days later and I still do not have the money that I was charged for a state that I did not make. Stay away from this location and get a tent and go sleep in the woods first!

this was a month ago Yea went to the front desk and argued for hours for him to finally say he sent a refund and I should see it in 2-3 days havnt seen a single cent and now Expedia is trying to fight our chargeback even tho we have all these pics They told me to call Expedia so we did and they wouldn’t give me a refund now where trying a chargeback and Expedia is fighting it even tho I have those pics and receipts showing I stayed the night at a different hotel they gave me 3 rooms and all of them where exactly like this bed bugs,roaches,mold and trash
