COUNTRY HEARTH INN AND SUITES

We stayed at Country Hearth Inn and Suites Marietta the morning after a very disappointing stay at another hotel in the area, and the difference was immediate. We were in town for the Guns N’ Roses concert at Truist Park, and this location was only a little over a mile away, which made it very convenient. I called after making the reservation and was given the check-in time, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Bethany, who was extremely helpful and attentive from the start. Bethany went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and settled in. There were a couple of small things in the room that appeared to have been overlooked, but once we mentioned them, she helped get everything squared away. That kind of customer service makes a big difference, especially after a long day of traveling. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the room was exactly what I would expect for the price. The hotel is right off the interstate, but surprisingly, we did not hear interstate traffic or semis once we were inside the room after the concert. The property was well lit, parking was easy enough, and we felt secure during our stay. The ice machine was also easy to access, which was a nice convenience. The only issue we had was with some guests a couple of rooms away who were very loud late at night while spending some rather enthusiastic time together. That was obviously not the hotel’s fault, and aside from that, our stay was quiet and comfortable. Overall, this was a very good value for the money. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient to Truist Park, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. I would rate it about 4.5 out of 5 stars, and I especially want to give Bethany a big shout-out for being so helpful, friendly, and making sure we were taken care of.

Had to checkout after seeing dirty sheets/covers, dirty bathroom dirty,Dirty towels and leaking refrigerator. Tables and counters dirty. Yes I basically named everything in the room DIRTY. Conveniently housekeeping isnt there on sundays to manage it. Terrible experience never coming back.

This was perfect, exactly what I expect from a value-oriented hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and so did the fridge and microwave. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. It's an older property but it's well kept. It's an easy five-minute drive to the Battery and the ballpark. It's an excellent value too. I would be happy to stay here again!
