Congress Hotel & Suites

I booked this hotel through Hotwire’s hot deals, which means I didn’t actually choose this hotel. Well, I’m never gonna use Hotwire (via Kayak) again. The only good thing about this hotel was the room being quite spacious with separate living area. Other than that, old musty smell all over the building, old & worn-out furniture, so old that dark stained carpet, constant water running noise from the wall, no waffle/egg/meat breakfast, and hard mattresses only affected my review negatively. I know you can’t really expect 3-4 star quality from 2-2.5 star hotels, but believe me. You can find a better one than this.

Very nice and quiet as noone was staying there. I guess since it is not a chain and not in a high traffic area no one was staying there. It was cheap but nice and clean no complaints. They even had a little breakfast with brand name items. Will stay again

It’s a cheap hotel so I did not expect it to be some extravagant place like the other reviewers. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past few years. It’s very convenient to the stores I come to Georgia for. Carpets could use a good steam cleaning, but again... it’s a cheap hotel. I actually think it’s not so bad for the price. Stayed in a lot worst that costed a lot more.
