The hotel was beautiful, quaint and very quiet. The staff as well as the chef were exceptional. They were extremely accommodating and did their best to make our stay an enjoyable one. The room was very tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. On site free parking and very centrally located. I highly recommend you stay there and experience beautiful Savannah

the breakfast was the best .. the people were happy and kind .. i would always stay there .. it was clean and the rooms were so neat .. the grounds were taken care of and the cat was wild.. i would tell you that the parking was a problem but after your there for a day you new where to park and not.. this was a 5 star place.

The location is excellent. The building is lovely and off-street parking is nice. It is also nice to be able to obtain bottled water and sodas any time desired. The rooms are bright, large and our bed was very comfortable. The website advertises several things that are inaccurate: there is no turn-down service; there is no evening "deserts and port or cordials." There are, however, frozen baked cookies, grocery store poundcake, and the same so-so wine from the happy hour in the evening. On our second morning the breakfast tables and common area coffee table had rings and stains from the night before. The covered outdoor area was desperately in need of some attention to paint, plants, and general sprucing up. Staff was nice but seemed stretched a bit - one person checking us in, providing concierge and preparing evening snacks....Chef James was there to carry our bags in, but no one in sight to help us on the exit. It is a lovely inn but needs some attention to bring it back to its former glory.
