Garden Inn Hotel

Recently stayed at this hotel and I was probably better off sleeping in my truck the grounds are a complete mess hardly any parking the pool is absolutely disgusting the rooms have dirt on the walls the toilets look like somebody’s been putting cigarette butts out on it the tub everything about this place shouldn’t even be allowed to stay in operations You had crackheads on the street homeless people living on the street right in front of the hotel people smoking drugs outside in the open no care is given constantly had to wake up to check my truck to make sure nothing was being stolen out of it if I could give it no stars or negative stars I would do so avoid this hotel at all cost and it’s not even worthy of the price they even charged. Through any type of travel agency. Even went to my truck to keep my gun on me because I felt that uneasy being in that location.

There is No Free Breakfast ,I couldn't begin to tell you when they ever had any!!!Parking ,it's awful at times the hotel has workers whim do construction and take up all parking,work out ..hahaha never seen a work out area nor business center,pool now that's a joke it's nasty never been used in years,rooms are awful and dirty and it's do it yourself Cleaning zzz towel are filthy,front desk are so I use and he house by to keeper doesn't speak English ,he's so rude talks in his language real hateful,they have had some bad things happen there more than once,when water goes off its for days at a time.

If I could give it -10 stars I would. The place is poorly kept, smells of mold and mice and I was honestly afraid to sit anywhere. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room we were sent to, it worked in the second room but barely and was extremely loud. The third room we were sent to smelled of mold and mice so bad and all three rooms were filthy!! Ever air conditioner unit is held up by Folgers coffee plastic containers. I had spent a total of 35 minutes there, with the front desk man talking my head off for the first ten minutes of walking in there to being sent from one awful room to another awful room only to finally ask for a refund and being refused bc I was 5 minutes over the refund time period. You do not want to stay here, trust me!! Or go take a look for yourself. Ask to see the rooms before you pay tho, you'll thank me later.
