2 bedroom unit that is 2 stories. ONE room upstairs had a window unit and one downstairs. They told us to just open the windows to the children's room (literally a room with 2 twin beds) at night...

Excellent staff who responded immediately to concerns or questions. Very accomodating with checkin and checkout. Resort well maintained but showing some signs of age. No real issues other than...

Pick another place to stay. RCI remove this place, unless they do a 180 on the air conditioning, and make it worth the extra resort fee they charge, not worth the #$
