First of all, I want to thank the property management for maintaining the grounds, pool, security, and overall cleanliness, since that's where we spent most of our time. The grills outside are cleaned every day, but remember to clean up after yourself when you use them. My only concern is condo A-509. What they advertise isn't what you actually get. I think the owner does minimal cleaning and expects the guest to do the rest. During our stay there, A-509 had several issues. It was infested with cockroaches. If you want proof, look under the sink—they have all kinds of bug sprays. The cabinets are white but full of dust when you look around them. The appliances and decor are outdated. The microwave is rusted and looks like someone picked it up from a yard sale. Overall, the unit is very dirty. Luckily, we spent most of our time by the pool or doing activities. The bathroom near the kitchen had blood stains on the door. The first night, we found a lizard-like tail on the bed. Check under the sheets before jumping in. We wish we had known we could request a different condo, but we stayed and tolerated the filth. If you book A-509, request a change immediately—it's not suitable for humans. If you do stay there, for the price, thoroughly inspect every corner of the condo and wash the towels and sheets before using them. The bedroom A/C is outdated and leaks continuously when it's on. The outdoor water collector overflows and leaks water by your door—be careful not to fall. Again, if you're the owner of A-509, disclose the true condition of this condo. Guests, don't be fooled by the pictures posted; reality hits on day one. And the furniture? We didn’t sit on it the entire time. Using the washer and dryer will leave lint on your clothes. If you're a night person and wake up for water, turn on the kitchen light—this is when you’ll see the one-inch cockroaches walking around. Don't step on them, and keep the counters clean. I also noticed the little flying bugs living in the kitchen light fixture.
The fun part is trying to use the vacuum in the bedroom.its loud old and barely picks dirt. On another yard sale pick.
Also check where you put your cloths before you bring bugs home.
By the way take a trip and inspect behind the washer/ dryer and water heater. I think that's where every other guest lives. Good luck guest.
