Poor customer service. Travel half way around the world to be treated like you a free loafer when you are a vacation club time share owner. Worst experience ever and would not recommend to any person from the UK. Go to Spain for a cheaper and better holiday when traveling with a family and save yourselves the frustration

When someone or something leaves an impression on me, I’m compelled to write a review. I only had a one night stay at this resort. What I may share with you is that the room is simple with a pulldown bed, which leaves ample space for a living room with a little sofa nice size TV to relax and enjoy the space until you pull down the bed to sleep. The room is clean. I had a nice view of the ocean and could see the activities of the fire dancing and listen to the drums from my balcony. They offer many activities and fun Hawaiian themed experiences. The pool is beautiful, barbecue grills, Jacuzzi’s and lots of nice restaurants. Would left the most impression on me were the staff members. The joyful smiles and the aloha spirit. One team member that stood out the most that I must bring mentioned to is a beautifully spirited Hawaiian gentlemen, by the name of SAN at the valet.SAN is a true connector and a world of knowledge. I feel like I made a new friend speaking with him just in 10 minutes. If he conveys that energy to all the guests, the hotel would receive five star reviews just from connecting with SAN!!! He’s the kind of guy that I would want on my team tenfold!

Clean beach and pool area. The multiple jacuzzis are perfect for that heightened and intimate experience. Bring your own food or venture to the town adjacent. Resort prices but not justifiable. The ambiance is what you pay for at the restaurant and bar. Staff mostly friendly. The front house certainly more susceptible to that condescension typically found toward tourists. The back house happy as clams and polite. Management needs to focus on genuine good nature of new hires and training/cultivating in existing staff. Rooms and amenities are reliably clean. Property a bit dated but kept polished enough to feel encroaching on luxury. Overall great experience and adequate accommodations. Looking forward to a return.
