Really love this resort. Always clean. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. The cabana at the beach is great for towels and chairs, no need to lug them from your room and back up. Pools are always good lots of chairs. Our rooms have been either good or great.

We have been coming back here every year. It’s just what we want. The location is good. With a full kitchen, we can do breakfast and lunch at the place and go out for dinner or eat in the place. It’s a quick walk down to the beach walk. The lanai overlooking the ocean has great views. We enjoy the cats on property. Arguably the best part is the cabana. The hotel has a beautiful beach either a 10 minute walk down the hill or a golf cart ride on request. You can get all the sun you want. Our pasty Midwestern Northern European skin is prone to skin cancer (I think my dad is single handedly keeping a dermatologist in Chicago in business), so the cabana allows us to enjoy the beach under the cover of shade. Walter, the friendly cabana attendant is fantastic. The pools are nice too. Just a perfect place to stay in Maui. The only downside is you can’t walk down the hall to a restaurant but there are abundant options within walking distance or a 15 minute drive all along the spectrum from super casual to fine dining.

Interesting, quiet and beautifully located hotel-apartments just a few steps from the sea. Well-equipped property, with ample green spaces and convenient access to the beach. Upon arrival we had to request a room change due to the presence of cockroaches, but the staff handled the situation with professionalism and speed. That's good!
