Best Western Plus Kootenai River Inn Casino & Spa

This riverside hotel ever disappoints !! The staff is always friendly and so very helpful!!! The Casino is typical!! Win some, Lose some…….

Went for just a night out of town and had a beautiful room on the river with a fireplace. Super clean room, nicely decorated. Staff was amazing and hotel and premises was clean. Gambled at the casino and we did great coming out ahead.

We loved this casino... the first time. Once we used a free room voucher we were treated like homeless vagrants, it was very demeaning. We have homes and money, it was absolutely appalling the difference in how we were treated. Great place, have fun- just don't ever expect the same experience if you take advantage of a "free" room that you'll lose plenty in the slots for.
