Ameritel Inn Pocatello

The staff was very brief and in a rush for some reason, the apparent GM is very rude and stuck up, he treats you like your stupid, yet he is foreign and can't understand English well. The fireplace in the Honeymoon suite never ever works when we book the room. I found trash under the bed, so staff sucks at cleaning. The entire place makes La Quinta look like a nightmare! They love to lie to guests as well. Don't stay here!!

We stayed here during our at the EISF showing my daughter's animals. It was a decent location and definitely worth the money. It was quiet letting us recover after long days, the rooms were clean and had great mattresses for my back condition.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My room's AC was extremely noisy. I could have asked to move & chose not to because I was too tired. I have not had other issues w/La Quinta's so I'm calling this a one off!
