Best Western Chicago Hillside

The location is a pain, the atmosphere is dated, the rooms are uncomfortable. The air conditioning units and heaters are loud, the towels typically have other people’s hair on them, the shower diverted are all bad so you can hardly ever get a shower with pressure, there are mice in the hotel currently, and every summer I’ve stayed here for years there has been an ant problem. The establishment in the hotel Charley’s has horrible food. The beds are like concrete and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Nice and Clean rooms with ample amenities, Conveniently located near interstate, easy in and out , great price and good staff and meeting facility.

We had a two day stop over before going onto Chicago city. The is a large property with ample parking front and rear. The entrance and lobby is well laid out, tidy and functional. The check in staff were very welcoming and and polite. Our room was surprisingly large, very clean with all room amenities. There is a nice bar and the cooked to order breakfast is great to kick start the day. Overall we enjoyed our short stay here before moving onto the hustle and bustle of Chicago. If in Hillside - its a good venue to stay at.
