Chicago Marriott O'Hare

Very convenient located close to O’Hare, the service was very good especially the restaurant. Cristina at the restaurant was the best!

We had an absolute standout experience! We recently had the pleasure of interacting with an incredible bellman whose name is FERNANDO who truly went above and beyond to make our layover very good and less hassle. His warm, approachable and genuine kind demeanor made us feel truly welcome. Not only he was standard with his duties but he went extra mile by driving us to various spots we wanted to go. He also gave us some recommendations on where to go and nice places to eat. Having someone knowledgeable and friendly took the stress out of getting around. He is very good at communicating, incredibly helpful and very attentive. Staff members like FERNANDO are rare and truly elevate a hotel experience. You will feel that he has passion on what he does . We are lucky enough to have meet him during our layover here in Marriott Chicago O’Hare. Thank you so much!
