Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Mount Prospect

Staff is great, super accommodating, room was tidy, and spacious, would absolutely stay here again. The location is great, you step right out into Randhurst village, so an overall really positive experience.

Maggie at the front desk was very polite and professional. When I let her know there was a problem she addressd it quickly. I will stay here next time I am in Mt Prospect.

This is our go-to hotel for visiting relatives in the Des Plaines area. It is centrally situated with Costco right next door and restaurants close by. We have stayed here at least 3 times and it has always been a pleasant e Wxperience. There is an underground garage which is a great benefit during the winter months. As it happened we ended up staying a couple extra days because of winter weather. Thankfully, we had no problems doing this. Granted the final day was quite expensive for the area, but given our circumstances it was fine. We were thankful we did not have to find another place to stay. The buffet was the standard fair for a Hampton, and it was continuously stocked. While the eating area could be larger (all the tables were occupied at times), we could have easily taken food to our room if we needed to. It was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep for our stay.
